Ingredients

  • 1 cup SWEETENED homemade Tigernut Milk Spanish Horchata
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk from the can
  • 1 cup rolled oats (optional but will add an uber level of creamines) omit for Paleo version
  • 2 tablespoons Hormone Balancing Superfood powder like Maca (absolutely optional but adds nutritional value)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (the alcohol helps prevent the ice cream from freezing rock hard)

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer safe airtight container and cover.
  • Allow the ice cream to set until firm.
  • Remove it from the freezer and set it on the counter for at least 15-30 minutes before serving.
