Tigernut Milk Spanish Horchata Ice Cream (dairy free, vegan, paleo)
Turn your homemade Tigernut Milk Spanish Horchata into a creamy healthy Ice Cream everyone will enjoy!

- 1 cup SWEETENED homemade Tigernut Milk Spanish Horchata
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk from the can
- 1 cup rolled oats (optional but will add an uber level of creamines) omit for Paleo version
- 2 tablespoons Hormone Balancing Superfood powder like Maca (absolutely optional but adds nutritional value)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (the alcohol helps prevent the ice cream from freezing rock hard)
Blend all ingredients until you have a smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture into a freezer safe airtight container and cover.
Allow the ice cream to set until firm.
Remove it from the freezer and set it on the counter for at least 15-30 minutes before serving.
