Ingredients

  • 1 tub Whole Milk Organic, Grass-fed Yogurt or Homemade Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 glass jar

And any ONE of the following to serve as a strainer

  • 1 cloth strainer with handle
  • 1 paper coffee filter
  • 1 piece of cheesecloth

Instructions

  • Place the strainer of choice over the jar and secure it with a rubber band
  • Scoop plain yogurt into the filter
  • Cover and place in the fridge overnight 
  • The liquid whey (or in the case of coconut yogurt the water) will slowly drain through and you will be left with thick and creamy Greek Yogurt
