This Princess and the Frog Smoothie is a real meal in a bottle. Full of fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, fibre, protein and probiotics.

Ingredients

Pink Layer

  • ½ cup milk of choice I use homemade nut milk
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt coconut milk greek style yogurt can be used
  • ½ small banana frozen
  • handful of mixed berries I used raspberries, strawberries, blueberries

Green layer

  • ¼ cup green tea
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt coconut milk greek style yogurt can be used
  • ½ small avocado frozen
  • ½ small banana frozen
  • handful of spinach or kale
  • 2 softened pitted dates
  • juice of half lime or lemon helps keep colors vibrant

Optional Toppings

  • hemp seeds
  • chia seeds
  • almond bits

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients for each layer separately in a blender.
  • You do not need to wash the blender in between. Pour green layer in a bottle or glass then pink.
  • Garnish with toppings like chia seeds, flax seeds if desired.
  • Enjoy!
