Beet Latte Recipe

Essential Ingredients

  • 1 small pre cooked beet
  • 1 cup non dairy milk

Optional but highly recommnded for flavour and nutrition


  • Blend pre cooked beet with milk.
  • Add mixture to a small saucepan on low heat and warm through. 
  • Add optional ingredients to the jar of your blender
  • Return the mixture to your blender and blend until smooth
  • Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!


You may use your favourite milk. I use homemade almond milk which is rich and creamy.
I do not own a high speed blender and my beets blend perfectly smooth but if you find your blender is not up for the job then you might need to strain the latte before consuming.
You may use 2 teaspoons of beet powder instead of a real beetroot but the latte will not be as thick.
