Warm Beet Latte

This warm beet latte is a delicious, nourishing drink great at supporting your body's detoxification process and a natural blood builder.

  • 1 medium sized pre cooked beet
  • 1 cup non dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon collagen peptides omit if vegan
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil
  • 1 teaspoon lucuma powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ashwaghanda root powder


  • Blend 1 pre cooked beet with 1/2 cup water and 1 cup nut milk.
  • Add mixture to a small saucepan on low heat and warm through. 
  • Return the mixture to your blender and add superfoods. Collagen will make the drink super creamy and frothy so don't skip it.
  • Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!
