  • 10 rice paper wrappers
  • 5 slices smoked salmon
  • 1 large carrot peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 large cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro leaves and stem


  • Assemble all ingredients
  • Prepare the rice paper wrappers as instructed on the package
  • Fill each wrapper. Try not to overstuff each roll.
  • Roll the wrappers
