Berry Cherry Chia Seed Jam
Berry Cherry Chia Seed Jam is refined sugar free, tastes like fruit and is really easy to make.

Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
Place strawberries and cherries in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
As soon as the fruit is soft and released its juices turn off the heat.
Mash fruit with a potato masher or fork.
Stir in honey, chia seeds and vanilla extract.
Pour into airtight glass container.
The mixture will thicken as it cools.
Cool completely before putting on the lid.
Store in fridge.
