Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil or other herb of choice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with lid.
  • Shake to combine and store in the fridge.

Notes

As a general rule of thumb use 3 parts oil to 1 part acid for a balanced dressing
