You all may know by now that I am a big porridge lover. Porridge is the perfect winter breakfast but as far as I am concerned porridge is great all year round. As winter comes to a close, I feel the need to share one more porridge recipe with you. Not just any porridge. This grain free porridge is Paleo and Vegan to boot!
Grain Free Porridge
This nut and seed porridge has been my latest porridge obsession. It came about one morning as I had not put buckwheat groats to soak overnight to make buckwheat porridge You see I have a newborn, one gazillion things to do/remember and a bit of ‘mommy’ brain 😉 Luckily making this porridge requires little effort. Just dump all the ingredients in your blender and whiz until smooth. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
I don’t know about you but for me the toppings MAKE the porridge! I love adding sliced bananas, berries and mixed seeds. Just look at my Coconut Oil Oatmeal all dressed up on Instagram!
